Interlink Scientific Services Limited uses Interlink Express for all our UK consignments. Interlink Express are the only courier to offer a standard next day service and stand along from their competitors thanks to their one hour delivery window service, Interlink Predict.

Predict - Our One Hour Delivery Window

Interlink Express will provide you our customer with a one hour delivery window so you don't  have to wait in all day for your parcel.

When Interlink Express deliver for you:

• Your given a one hour delivery window
• You are notified of this by text or email
• If not convenient you can use the text or email to change the delivery date

Return of Damaged or Unsuitable Goods

Authorisation to return products damaged during delivery must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Interlink Scientific Services Limited has the right to repair and return damaged products.  

• A return (RGA) number must be obtained and quoted on all paperwork. 
• All requests for return must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.
• No goods may be returned to Interlink Scientific Services Limited without obtaining the consent of ISS customer service team

Authorisation for the return of products which fail to meet current published manufacturers specifications must be requested in writing within 28 days of delivery. Interlink Scientific Services Limited will assist customers, at customers’ expense, to obtain any manufacturer’s warranty consistent with that granted to Interlink Scientific Services Limited. 

Authorisation for the return of products, other than those damaged during delivery, delivered in error or those that do not meet specification, must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Credit (less a handling charge of 30% of the invoice value of all products returned subject to a minimum charge of £50) will be given for those products authorised for return which are unused and in re-saleable condition other than those in the categories shown:

• open chemicals or diagnostics
• all goods with manufacturers seals must remain intact and unopened.
• refrigerated or other perishables
• products built to order are not subject to return for credit under any circumstances
• items with an expired shelf life or an expiration date too short for resale
• any article that has been delivered direct by a third party supplier
• items not purchased from Interlink Scientific Services Limited.

Authorisation will be subject to the condition that the products are returned to Interlink Scientific Services Limited or to the manufacturer or other source notified by Interlink Scientific Services Limited, by registered post if permitted, or via the FEDEX returns scheduled van service, for which a handling charge will be made for each line.

Articles that have been delivered on our behalf by a third party supplier will not be accepted back at Interlink Scientific Services Limited.
